The Prestige 680, Jeanneau plays the United States card

Prestige is expanding its Prestige luxury yacht range with the introduction of two new models, the 680 and 680 S. The Prestige 680 incorporates the characteristic elements of the range but also the specific features of the Prestige 750. Before Europe, Jeanneau presented its new Prestige 680 in the United States at the Fort Lauderdale show this autumn, before its presentation in January 2016 at the London and Düsseldorf shows.

As a reminder, the Yachts Division range includes the Prestige 750 (22.58 m), the Prestige 620 and the Prestige 620 S (19.5 m).

The Prestige 680 is 21.46 m long and has the same hull and layout as the other models in the range, and is inspired by the Prestige 750 in particular. like all the yachts in the range, it has tight lines and a distinctive hull strake for comfortable and efficient sailing.

It also retains the technical features characteristic of Prestige yachts, with a Volvo IPS 1200 engine. This makes it easier and more adaptable to manoeuvre, even with a small crew.

The flybridge offers a very large space, with two distinct spaces. The lounge area with a kitchen/bar, a lounge area and a large dining table. The cockpit area, to port with a large forward sunbathing area, protected by a large windscreen. The cockpit provides maximum visibility, both forward and aft, making manoeuvring easier.

At the front of the ship, there is a very large sunbathing area, while the protected cockpit houses a dining table with a bench. The bathing platform makes it easier to launch the tender and to swim. The entrance to the cockpit is secured by a gate.

Inside, the spacious square is framed by very large bay windows that provide brightness and 360° panoramic vision. The layout is based on that of the Prestige range with a kitchen at the entrance, a dining room with a luxury table and a lounge area in the centre with a view of the sea. Many storage spaces are integrated in all these spaces.

The starboard side deck acts as a balcony, extending the living room with a large sliding glass door.

The cabins are all grouped in the same lower deck. On one side are the guest cabins, which are completely separated from the owner's cabin by dedicated stairs.

The Prestige 680 incorporates the same design elements as the largest model in the range, the Prestige 750. Thus, the interior is bright and the materials and tones chosen allow a luxurious finish.

As on the 750, the owner's cabin at the front is elevated and offers a private and bright independent cabin thanks to the hull and deck glazing, with its separate bathroom.

Behind them are two guest cabins, each with a bathroom. The one behind the owner's cabin is available in a double or four single beds and the one in the centre in a double bed. Finally, at the rear of the boat is the crew cabin with two single beds and a shower cabin.
