Lagoon Seventy 7: A catamaran with à la carte interiors

The Bénéteau group presented the layout of the new Lagoon 77. Terrace, massage room... Many options offered and explained to customers.

Explanation of Nauta Design's architectural choices

In a video interview, Massimo Gino, interior designer at Italian studio Nauta Design, in charge of the project, explains the choices that guided the design of the new yacht. A 77-foot catamaran, just like the one-off yachts usually handled by the firm, offers volumes that make it possible to overcome the space constraints present on smaller units.

Spaces on deck

Massimo Gino insists on circulation choices, a key element on a crewed ship. Service must be separated from guests. The different positions of the galley offer several solutions.

Owner's cabin with terrace

As announced by Bateaux.com last September, the Lagoon 77 offers an owner's cabin with private terrace. The side platform allows the owner to take full advantage of the anchorage. The forward cockpit can also be reserved for private use.

Cabins: 6 options at least!

The positioning of the galley and crew areas, forward or aft, is the basis for the modulation of interior spaces. The cabins are then arranged with varying degrees of comfort, from the owner's cabin to the guest cabin, via the VIP. A VIP aft cabin with private terrace is also available.

Massage, cinema: a custom area for customers to choose from

If desired, the owner can use the space at the rear of the port hull to give free rein to his desires. Lagoon offers a massage room, cinema and games room, but we're sure that customers will be able to use their imagination!

An interesting sales approach

We applaud the shipyard's approach, which goes beyond the somewhat artificial suspense to explain its technical and architectural choices with effective storytelling. Note, for example, the article on the tooling required for the new boat.

Can't wait for more news!
