Swimming pool or beach? This superyacht offers you both

108 m m megayacht concept

The Norwegian design studio Hereide presents a 108 m superyacht concept where everything has been thought to live in the greatest luxury. There is even a kind of beach

Today megayachts are imagined as floating hotels with interior spaces worthy of the greatest luxury. It is on this observation that the Norwegian design studio Hareide proposes a superyacht concept worthy of all superlatives. With a design totally open to the outside, this 108 m long yacht has four decks, all glazed and offset on the front of the boat. This allows the main deck to remain unobstructed (the hull is cut to the front). On this bridge are all the elements of leisure and relaxation, such as a garden, a large swimming pool of 20 m, a relaxation area, but especially a kind of beach, or a helipad.

The bathing platform is sloped gently so that it is partly covered with water. With light wood, you feel like you're on a beach. At the front, the large space is multifunctional, but above all enjoys a superb view of the sea.

"This 108m long superyacht is a monohull concept that combines the elegance and modernity of Scandinavian design" explains the agency.

This hybrid yacht - probably with ecological issues, all yacht concepts are now hybrid - works thanks to 300 m2 of solar panels that recharge lithium-ion batteries. This should give the boat the energy and power needed for low speed coastal cruising. For those who would like a higher speed, the diesel-electric propulsion option is available.

This 108m yacht is only at the concept stage, but designers could adapt a model that could be built if a potential buyer was interested.
