Lagoon Seventy 7 - The square

It was the attraction among the sailing catamarans at the Cannes boat show. The Lagoon Seventy 7, freshly launched, is unveiled to the public for the first time. 360° panoramic visit.

A big launch for Lagoon with the world premiere of the Seventy 7 at the 2016 Cannes boat show. This Bordeaux-built catamaran circumnavigated the Iberian Peninsula, in difficult sea conditions, notably to pass Gibraltar, before being put on public display.

This 22.60 m long catamaran is a real eye-catcher moored to the pontoon. First of all, the side planking is open like a sardine tin, providing a bathing platform directly accessible from the owner's cabin.

And the whole boat is just as comfortable. In the saloon, you'll find a resting area facing the sea, an office area to port, a sofa area aft and a dining area with a large table. So much for the interior spaces, but you can also sit outside in the forward cockpit, directly accessible from the saloon. Or aft, protected from the wind and sun. Or climb onto the flybridge to enjoy the high altitude views.

This is where you'll find the 2 helm stations and the essential outdoor galley with plancha. On such a boat, the crew is made up of a minimum of 3 people: a skipper, a sailor and a hostess. A second hostess is also available for demanding owners. The crew is accommodated in the same way as guests, with a bunk-bed cabin adjoining the galley.

The galley is aft of the port hull, with direct access to the cockpit (via a fine staircase).

The layout meets the specifications of this boat, which is unusual in terms of size (250 m2 on the floor!) and top-of-the-range in terms of performance.
