A beacon on the GSM network
Traxlogix's TRX600 geolocation beacon uses the mobile phone network. Integrating a SIM card, it transmits the position of your boat to a server every 15 minutes. If it goes out of an area that you have previously defined, an alert will be sent to you.
If operation is only ensured in the area covered by mobile networks, Traxlogix assumes that a thief will always return to the coastal area at some point.
Long life battery
The TRX600's battery is non-rechargeable. On the other hand, its technology ensures an autonomy of 18 months, which makes it easy to ensure a complete wintering of the boat.
No subscription
A SIM card is provided with the purchase of the TRX600. The subscription to the mobile network for the life of the battery is included in the purchase price. It is renewed with the purchase of the new battery. No regular subscription fees are to be expected during use.
If you interrupt the system for several months, Traxlogix will pick up a new line and send you a new SIM card with the reconnection fee.
Waterproof
Developed for use on jetskis, the TRX600 beacon is completely waterproof.
The TRX600 is available online at trx600.com and is expected to be quickly distributed to shipschandlers.
