Incredible live boat collision

This video shows an impressive collision between two motor boats, a small fishing boat and a helmsman. A scene that could have ended very badly if the fishermen had not had the reflex to jump into the water...

Bryan Maess - a police officer on leave - was out fishing with two friends on his Columbia River (US) fishing trip when a helmsman ran right into their boat, forcing them to jump into the water. Standing on their boat, fishing rods in their hands, the three buddies saw the helmsman arriving at full speed and rushing at them. They then try to attract his attention with loud shouts and raise their arms, but the trajectory of the"crazy boat" does not change. They then have the reflex to throw themselves into the water, before the helmsman comes in from behind and comes to tear off the cockpit and part of the wheelhouse...

Bryan Maess filed a complaint against 75-year-old driver Marlin Larsen, who used an incredible excuse to justify the accident. Sitting at the driving position, he could not see ahead of him, embarrassed by the bow of his boat raised on the water... But why not drive standing up then? Because according to the police report, the elderly man uses a motorized wheelchair to get ashore

Even more incongruous, Larsen explained that there was no point in charging him because there were no deaths or injuries in this accident

An amazing scene filmed live from the webcam fixed on the front of the boat!
