The great tides in Saint-Malo... Magic!

The waves which break along the dike of Saint-Malo, splashing with their foam these large residences which border the sea... Waves whose surf reaches several meters in height before breaking on the dike... The images are seen and reviewed, but one never tires of this poetic spectacle... To (re) discover in video, the great tides of this month of April on the port city filmed by drone (EasyRide).

The bay of Saint-Malo has one of the best tidal ranges (difference in water level between open sea and low sea) the most important in Europe. So the tides are impressive, all the more so during high tide periods (coefficient higher than 100, on a scale from 20 to 120). Many walkers come to walk along the seawall of the city of Ille-et-Vilaine, to admire the incredible spectacle of the waves coming to lick the road and the splendid residences which border it...

After a period of high tide from 31 March to 2 April 2018 (coef 105), Saint-Malo was once again the scene of a natural spectacle from Monday 16 to Wednesday 18 April 2018, with a coefficient of 102 on Tuesday 17 April.

Pretty images boxed by the company Easy Ride (audiovisual communication company and drone operator based in Saint-Malo) which has once again flown its drone over the Malouin bay. You never get tired of it...
