The motor multihulls that will mark the year 2019

We are continuing our inventory of engine innovations that are expected to make headlines in 2019. Here is a selection of motor multihulls that will be launched soon or later this year. Tender or dayboat, powered by solar energy or new on the market, here's what you shouldn't miss next year.

MY40 - 12.20 m

After the M 44 launched with great pomp in 2017, Fountaine Pajot returns with his little brother, the MY 40. Of course, this model will not be presented at the Autumn fairs, but in January 2019 in Düsseldorf. As for the MY 44, the design of the hull was realized by the naval architect Daniel Andrieu and it takes again the characteristics which made the success of its big brother.

On the main deck, there will be a saloon with galley and saloon, all connected to the cockpit via a large sliding bay window. The bow of the rigid deck will be sunbathing, while the cockpit will be equipped with a very large L-shaped bench seat. In the maestro version, the MY will house a master cabin, two double cabins and two bathrooms. Finally, a large flybridge will provide additional outdoor space.
