New architectural design for the Sirena 88

The Sirena 88

Sirena Yachts has started building its largest model, the Sirena 88, which will be presented at Cannes in 2019. With a length of 26.81 m, this new model offers a completely new exterior architecture and a lot of comfort on board.

Construction in progress

Turkish manufacturer Sirena Yachts will present its largest motor superyacht, the Sirena 88, in Cannes in September 2019. With an overall length of 26.81 m, it completes the range already composed of 58 (18.58 m) and 64 (20.74 m). The architecture is by German Frers, known for the design of the Swan or Hallberg Rassy.

The hull is made of composite and the deck and superstructure are made of carbon fibre, and built using the infusion technique. The Sirena 88 will offer up to five cabins, including a very large owner's cabin on the main deck with panoramic views. There is a lounge area to starboard, next to the retractable balcony and a dressing table to port.

Five cabins for 10 to 12 guests

At the front, the suite has a double Italian shower with separate toilet. The front windows curve upwards to transform into a superb canopy, bringing maximum light to the interior.

On the lower deck, there is a VIP suite in the centre of the boat and a luxurious guest cabin on the bow with private bathroom. In between, two other double cabins (with single beds) can accommodate 2 to 3 guests and also have their own bathroom.

The crew quarters are located at the stern of the vessel (near the engines) and offer a saloon, a cabin with bunk beds and a captain's cabin with a double bed.

These arrangements are not fixed since customers can make their specific request to the site.

Comfortable exteriors

The steering station is located at a height (between the main deck and the flybridge) with an unobstructed view to the front. Its installation outside the main deck allows guests to enjoy the space in a relaxed atmosphere.

On the main deck, there is a large dining table for ten people with a closed galley on the port side. It is also possible to choose a layout with an open kitchen. A bar and a small table for 4 will replace the huge dining table.

At the rear follows a large lounge area with numerous benches and an outdoor dining room in the cockpit. Finally, the bathing platform is accessible from port and starboard stairs.

The flybridge received a second helm station forward to starboard. There is a new dining area with an outdoor kitchen, as well as a lounge at the back. Finally, as an option, a jacuzzi will allow you to relax (or sports equipment).

The foredeck is protected from the wind and view by very high bulwarks and houses a swimming pool flanked by two sunbathing areas.

2430 miles of autonomy

With its two MAN engines of 1?550 CV, its hull design and its optimized centre of gravity, the Sirena 88 can be used for planing. It has an autonomy of 2430 nautical miles at a speed of 9 knots. Its cruising speed is 16 knots and its maximum speed is 25 knots.
