The British manufacturer Williams Jet Tenders is the leader in jet-powered tender. To expand its offer, in autumn 2019 it will launch a range specially dedicated to superyachts of 40 m and over.

A range for superyachts

Williams Jet Tenders is one of the leaders in the tender jet market. The Anglo-Saxon shipyard has just announced the launch of a range specially developed for the superyacht sector. The first model of the range, the Evojet 70, is expected to be launched in the fall of 2019. This tender with an overall length of 7 m (22'9" feet) will carry up to 13 passengers. A larger model will complete the range in 2020.

This approach is based on the demand of its clientele, which is investing in larger and larger yachts. The English manufacturer has therefore decided to launch a versatile and semi-custom range of superyacht tenders and chase boats.

This new range has been designed for yachts of 40 meters and more. The Evojet 70 euros, the first model in the euro range, will take the distinctive features of the current range and transpose them to the large yachting sector. Particular emphasis will be placed on refined and practical design and reliable, proven engineering.

"The tenders found on board superyachts of 40 meters and above are often custom built, which therefore means a higher cost and longer lead time. Our proposition is unique, we can deliver a semi-custom product, in a shorter time frame than our competitors, using our proven engineering to create a reliable and innovative superyacht tender at a very competitive price." says Mathew Hornsby, sales manager for Williams Jet Tenders.

Easier boarding

Several boarding options will be available to ensure an easy transition from the yacht or the pontoon. The Evojet 70 features an innovative transom. The center seat of the aft bench is retractable and transforms into a gangway to easily connect the aft platform and the cockpit.

on board, the floor is on one level to facilitate movement once on board.

A versatile tender

The use of the Evojet 70 is not limited to that of a simple shuttle boat. Thanks to its deep-V hull and its 200-liter fuel tank, the tender can also be used to reach remote anchorages.

Finally, its water ski mast and its large storage capacity will make it a dayboat for the practice of water sports for example.

A folding T-top

One of the outstanding features of this new model is the optional folding carbon fiber T-Top. It provides shelter for passengers while sailing and folds easily when the tender is stored in the garage. Front and rear biminis can also be installed to protect the entire deck.

The T-Top option coupled with the integrated cooler will allow you to spend a day away from the superyacht with all the necessary comfort. Finally, LEDs will provide discreet lighting for a night session.

Jet propulsion and diesel engine

Remaining faithful to the jet propulsion system, specific to the Williams Jet Tender manufacturer, the Evojet 70 will receive the latest Yanmar 4LV engine technology, a diesel engine with more torque than the previous engine, used in the Diesel Jet range.

A new control system with a single lever will allow extreme precision, even at low speeds.
