Lomac Granturismo 12.0, a maxi-rib for family cruises

In September 2019, the Italian semi-rigid manufacturer Lomac will unveil at the Cannes Yachting Festival a 12 m long semi-rigid, the 4th model in its Granturismo range, dedicated to small cruises thanks to its double cabin.

The Italian shipyard Lomac is about to launch the Granturismo 12.0, which completes its Granturismo range, already composed of 8.5, 10.5 and 14.0, a 3x425 HP mega tire that we presented to you in 2018.

This new 12 m long semi-rigid boat is ideal for comfortable family cruises. Its deck layout is inspired by the 10.5 with a large hold on the stern in an outboard version, transformed into an engine hold in an inboard version. The latter will be topped by a large sunbathing area.

Below, the cockpit is well protected by high bulwarks. At the back is a U-shaped bench seat with a dining table hidden in the floor. The centre console receives a double bolster offering the possibility of receiving two refrigerators - drawer or trunk - depending on the T-Top. This optional fiberglass and composite equipment is a new feature offered on this model. At the front, a large sunbathing area can be transformed into an additional square.

Inside the console, there is a cabin with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The hull of the Granturismo 12.0 has been reworked compared to the rest of the range. As a result, it is even more streamlined to allow better passage through the water and a reduction in fuel consumption. For the moment, the yard does not yet wish to communicate on the maximum speed (the development is still in progress with Yamaha), which should be at the top of the basket.

The boat will receive three 300 HP or 2X450 HP Yamaha outboard motors. As with the rest of the range, it is possible to customize the color of the floats, the writing, but also the upholstery or the gelcoat.

The price is not yet defined and it will be necessary to wait until Cannes, its first official presentation to discover it.
