Unlimited diving thanks to your body's movements

What if you could dive up to 5 meters deep without any time or air? restrictions? This is what the Exolung offers you, a system that uses the power of your body to pump the air you need to breathe underwater.

Who hasn't dreamt of diving without time limits to admire the depths under marins?? Although scuba diving allows you to spend a long time underwater, it is not for everyone. This activity requires equipment, training, or a license. Of course, we can always dive in PMT (fins, hulls and snorkel), but it's difficult to dive over time, we're not fish yet ..

The Exolung is an alternative solution that allows you to dive to a depth of 5 m using only the power of the body to pump air to the surface thanks to a floating buoy connected to the diver. This equipment consists of a kind of belly bag to which is attached a transparent container equipped with an inflatable bladder and a mouthpiece to be slipped into his mouth. Straps connect the equipment to the diver's legs, which will allow the pump system to be operated

By stretching the legs, the straps pull on the bladder to draw air from the surface and evacuate water from the container. By bending the legs, the straps relax, the bladder fills with water again and compresses the air which can then be inhaled. That way, as long as you swim, you get as much air as you want.

Easy to use and transport - 3.5 kg - the Exolung is also very compact (40x30x20 cm). It requires no special maintenance or recharging to operate. It can also be used in the pool for yoga or underwater gymnastics.

If the designer explains that no license is required to use his system, a basic knowledge of diving will nevertheless be welcome.

For the moment, this Austrian project is in prototyping and the designer is waiting to find partners to officially launch it. Sound tarif?: 300 euros.
