It is finally time for the big departure for Cascais, located a little further north, near Lisbon. While Marvin checks the propeller is working properly while diving, Daniela manages the refuelling. And it's not so easy in times of health crisis. Indeed, the Portuguese borders are closed, so they are not allowed to disembark.
After several attempts to find food, it will finally be by drive that the family will receive their food, directly landed on the fuel pontoon of the port of Sinès. After a big stowage, filling up the water tanks, and a paddle ride to put Tara to sleep, it's time to cast off.
While Marvin would have liked to continue sailing at the base, Daniela prefers to stop in Cascais for the day and night, waiting for better weather conditions and rest before crossing the Bay of Biscay.
Indeed, a long 36 hours navigation awaits them, but it will be to be discovered in a future episode.
