How does a rescue at sea work? Immerse yourself with the SNSM

This small immersive video made by the SNSM allows to watch live the rescue of a man fallen overboard, from the Canot Tous Temps SNS 095 "Pierre Robert Graham". A rescue carried out with cold blood and professionalism by a band of volunteers, ready to put themselves in danger to save the others.

The Société Nationale des Sauveteurs en Mer is an association under the 1901 law which benefits from the know-how of 7000 operational and volunteer volunteers in 219 rescue stations in mainland France and overseas, 259 first aid stations on the beaches and 32 Training Centres

In this short immersive video, we follow one of the volunteer rescuers called in the middle of the birthday party by Cross Etel. A man fell overboard from a sailboat off the Pointe du Croisic and we have to do some research.

The man then suddenly left his own family to join a rescue team and board the Canot Tous Temps SNS 095"Pierre Robert Graham". As is the case on land, the Cross signals the position of the boat and informs of the number of people on board. The SNSM star is then joined by a semi-rigid sea rescuer, who came to lend a hand to the 7 men of the Canot Tout Temps

It was then that he saw the man calling for help in the water. One of the semi-rigid crew members immediately threw himself into the water to rescue the victim. Towed aboard the Canot Tout Temps, it is then time for the semi-rigid to join the sailboat where the rest of the family is - a mother and her two children - to reassure everyone and find out about their state of health. The yacht will then be towed to the Croisic by the Rescue team, still under the Cross's supervision, in regular liaison with the SNSM.

This short video allows us to follow a real rescue, to see the involvement of these volunteers, ready to sacrifice their lives to save the lives of beings and full of benevolence and empathy. A nice realization
