Railblaza is a New Zealand brand that makes accessories to fit out your boat. Developed for 10 years, it is well known to fishermen who use it widely to customize boats, semi-rigid or even kayak and paddle. Railblaza is also a partner of the Barracuda Tour and equips the Bénéteau Barracuda as original equipment.
The technical solution is simple. Simply attach a base (glued or screwed) and clip on all the desired accessories. The fixing is done with a star-shaped imprint (identical to that of a winch). A locking clip prevents the attachment from jumping at the first wave encountered. All the products are solid, made in injection moulding loaded with fibreglass. They are available in 2 colours: black or white.
For fishing, you will find rod holders, but also fish cutting tables or depth sounder holders. Some storage bins may also be useful. Same for motor boats, semi-rigid boats or even sailboats. Indeed, the pedestals can receive accessories to hold a shelf or a phone, or a fixation for its camera.
If these brackets are adaptable in all configurations, three universes can be noted. Fishing of course, but also comfort on board and safety. Railblaza offers a navigation light solution that is perfectly suitable for all small boats, such as tenders. By simply gluing a base on the side of the tender or on the top of the engine hood, the battery-powered high beam kit can be easily installed.
Distributed in France by Interdist, Railblaza products can be found on ships. The price is still very affordable since 2 stands are available for less than 20 euros or a smartphone stand is 37.30 including VAT.
