Web series / Christmas racing in the South Pacific for The Sailing Frenchman

Christmas 2019, Hugo and his crew continue to share his participation in the Clipper Round the World Race. In the lead on this leg, the morale of the crew is high.

It's Christmas in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. This is the sailboat on which Hugo, The Sailing Frenchman, has embarked as first mate. Together with the 18 crew members and the captain, this sailboat participates in the Clipper Round the World Race. A crewed round-the-world race with stopovers.

This new stage, which takes place at the end of 2019, sees the boats set off from the South of Australia to circumnavigate the continent before arriving in the North East. A stage that will last around 20 days. Right from the start, the boat is at the top of the rankings and there is good sailing on board.

Fortunately, the Christmas party is taking place with good weather. Light weather and sunshine that give balm to the heart of all the crew. Disguises, gifts, everyone is on deck to celebrate this rather special event in the middle of the South Pacific.

But after these festive moments, Hugo finds himself in contact with a recalcitrant watermaker. This one is broken and solutions must be found to allow the 20 crew members not to die of thirst. Restriction and waiting for the rain are among the projects envisaged. The next episode
